In this day and age, it seems like customer service has gone by the wayside. However, let me share a little story.

Our house has no central air conditioning. So, we had to buy window units for all the rooms. A few months ago, one of them quit working. It has the circuit breaker on the plug. It kept tripping and wouldn’t reset. So, we (wifey) called the company. It appears the air conditioner has a 5-year warranty. They said, “The cord must have a short. Send us a copy of the receipt and we’ll cut you a refund check.” They didn’t ask questions, they didn’t want it back…nothing. The other day we received our check in the mail. Just kind of refreshing.

We went to a Casting Crowns concert tonight. It was cool - admission was free - seats were not too shabby. I remember buying a Casting Crowns CD what seems like 4-6 months before they got regular air time on the radio. Although, I lived in Middle-of-Nowhere, OK at the time, so it may have been location. By the time I heard them on the radio for the first time, I thought, why are they raving about this old music. Anyway…the concert was awesome - I love that band!
